The staff was very professional to me. I did not have to wait at all and had two opinions (one by a specialist) at the same appointment. Everyone was friendly and my cleaning was painless. My kids have been going for years, so I figured I'd try them. Great office!

I thought the front desk staff was friendly, but the doctors seemed to spend way less time with patients than any doctor/dentist I 've ever gone too. I recommended my husband, he went one time and told me he didn't like the going there. My son didn't like the dentist that put his braces in either. My experience? Very rushed atmosphere, not friendly at all, staff seems only interested in themselves and not the patients, would not ever come back!!!
My family has been going here for years and I think this is a very good place.
If I could, I would give Hamilton Dental no stars. Office staff seemed rushed, same for the person taking the xrays. You can also see into other patient rooms and watch what's going on. This means the other patients can watch you too. The dentist didn't seem to interested in me either, no personal attention at all.
I don't know about others but I was not treated well. They are not pleasent donot welcome new patients. I didnot like them.
