I took my 5th grade daughter to have her cataracts looked at. She was born with cataracts and never had 20/20 vision. He had a one of his staff check her eyes over and over. She kept failing and he made him keep doing it until he was able to write down that it was 20/20 which was false. His staff seemed kind and professional but I wasn’t a fan of Dr Yaplee and his falsifying of medical data
I’m here now and the doctor was on the phone handling personal business bad enough we have been waiting since 8:45am it is now 1pm THE WAITING Is too dam LONG!! LIKE WE HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO!!🤬im glad I’m no longer his patient!! He’s going to LOOSE ALOT OF PATIENTS!!!!!!!!!
Unprofessional in every way. Staff Unprofessional and no nothing, but just work there. The girls in the front office in the Delano branch are irogant and rude... think they can treat paying customers as they are inferior. Report him to the Medical Board for unethical conduct... they should be closed down. I think of all the elderly people. Poor people begin mistreated.
Terrible people. They dont follow any ethics or actual care of people. Their office should be shut down
Most arrogant and rude doctor ever, too bad he is one of the only ones in Delano. My mom had her pupils dilated for over a month, when she went back to find out what was wrong, she was told they used the wrong eye drops to dilate her pupils. Staff was also very dismissive and just disregarded her, not even gave her an apology.
