Dismissed me as non-compliant, have never personally met him. When I explained that I felt uncomfortable going to his small Hudson office he became agitated. I have gone to this office and been seen by NP but he is rarely (possibly never) available for face to face. If he objects to telehealth, he should not state that he will do them. I am glad I have met him and am glad for the dismissal as other physicians are more that glad to treat not beat their patients into submission to their wishes. Dr. Capone is one of the Best! I don’t know how he does it all! He’s been my doctor since 2005 & he is worth the wait, I don’t know what I’m going to do when he retires!.
You waitIn the waiting room up to 45 minutes past your appointment time, then you are called in and they put you in the exam room, that’s another 20 minutes. Then Dr. Capone, comes talk to you and then he’s ready to rush you out of the waiting room because he is so overbooked. And if you’re lucky he’ll leave you in that waiting room and go see another patient while you are still waiting for him to come back. Not very professional. Willingness to explain medicines and cover all options for well being.
This doctor is loyal and always willing to got the extra mile, the office staff is not the best and the wait time is excessive at times .. Yet that is worth the wait for my dcotor. I trust he has my best intrest at heart.. Don't leave a bad review based on office staff.. That is not the doctor capabilities to do his job with the patient
I'm 75 and Dr. Steven Strobbe is by far the most knowledgeable, caring and concerned PCP my wife and I have ever had. His office on Hwy 19, accross from the mall, has better Xray/MRI etc equipment than our hospital. He trains the Residents at Bayonet Point Regional Hospital; has the finest support staff that we have ever experienced AND when in doubt, admits it and refers you to the best Physician or medical center.
