Front desk receptionist, Cassandra is professional, very welcoming and very helpful. The nurse who did my intake was nice. I’ve known Dr. Soberman for 34 years!
I’m not happy. I felt minimized. Was left in the office. Had I not opened the door for some air, the attendant might not have known I was still there. Plus she didn’t know dr wanted urinalysis bloodwork & to schedule an ultrasound. I was told I didn’t follow up on something they found YET I was there a year. Go for annual check up. Flabbergasted. Is this painful? Is that? Oh, the pain has moved?
A very nice doctor who listens to you. Sincere, with a great bedside manner.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The iPad information system was easy to use. Dr Soberman was great and addressed all my questions.
I have been Dr. Soberman’s patient for 25 years. He is always kind, professional, humorous, respectful, thorough, and informative ! Always makes me feel comfortable ! I highly recommend him!
I have 100% trust and confidence in Dr. Soberman. He always takes the time to explain what he's doing and anything he's found in terms I can understand. I also love that he calls me himself with all test results rather than delegate whatnot a staff member. His demeanor is always warm and professional and he instantly makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
Great sense of humor excellent bed side manor. Makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Overall all very pleased with the end result
