Horrible staff and no trust in the doctors. The doctors have zero compassion for patients (children). This office almost cost our child their life due to laziness and incompetence. They’re much better and trust worthy doctors around the county. We have Reported the incidents to ERs and Hospitals.
Nicest staff and Dr. Moore is the best! I have 3 boys and they have been scared of doctors but feel completely safe and comfortable here! Everyone really goes above and beyond to make sure the kids have a good experience and are well cared for!
I do not trust this office if they can’t even give me a courtesy call to say they received my email and/or to discuss what I needed to do moving forward for the care of my son. CRAZY! I am extremely disappointed that I chose this office to establish care after looking at the reviews and how people raved about this office and Dr. Moore because I did not get that experience AT ALL.
Was referred to Dr. Moore by a friend of ours. We have been a patient for 6 months now and love him. Very detailed in the appointments & always explains what to do/what to expect in the next few months of development. I feel comfortable asking him questions & reaching out to the office, if anything happens. This way of communication with a Dr is very important to me.
I honestly can't say enough great things about this office. The entire staff is amazing but especially Dr. Moore. Whenever I have a concern about anything at all, Dr. Moore gets on the phone to explain to me what is going on and talks to me in a way that I understand. A lot of doctors use medical terms that will confuse me more but Dr. Moore explains things so well that I am never confused with anything going on with my children.
