I do not trust this office if they can’t even give me a courtesy call to say they received my email and/or to discuss what I needed to do moving forward for the care of my son. CRAZY! I am extremely disappointed that I chose this office to establish care after looking at the reviews and how people raved about this office and Dr. Moore because I did not get that experience AT ALL.
Was referred to Dr. Moore by a friend of ours. We have been a patient for 6 months now and love him. Very detailed in the appointments & always explains what to do/what to expect in the next few months of development. I feel comfortable asking him questions & reaching out to the office, if anything happens. This way of communication with a Dr is very important to me.
I honestly can't say enough great things about this office. The entire staff is amazing but especially Dr. Moore. Whenever I have a concern about anything at all, Dr. Moore gets on the phone to explain to me what is going on and talks to me in a way that I understand. A lot of doctors use medical terms that will confuse me more but Dr. Moore explains things so well that I am never confused with anything going on with my children. Best pediatric office around. Dr. Moore and his team are so very caring and welcoming that I couldn't fathom bringing my children anywhere else.
My daughter has been going here since 2020 and we love it. They are professional and very pleasant my daughter really loves her Drs here
