I had an emergency this morning, they were able to get me in within 10 minutes of my call. I was not even a patient! The staff there are so friendly. They have a new patient for life!

I have been treating with Dr. Lovelace for more than 7 years. He is a great dentist. He does quality work, everything he has done for me has held up well versus the test of time. He is laid back, good sense of humor, and thorough in his work. I have worked with many of his assistants and they too are great. Most of all, I appreciate that he is sympathetic to the patient in terms of costs incurred, always does a good job working within my insurance benefits to get me covered at the lowest cost.

At my last visit to Dr. Lovelace's office, I respectfully made a request and asked a question about my treatment. Dr. Lovelace, instead of talking to me in a professional manner, called me ignorant and insulted me in a racist way in front of his staff, other patients, and my daughters. His own staff was aghast at the way he treated me. If you want to be treated with respect by your dentist, then do not go to Dr. Lovelace; look for someone more professional instead.

I hate the dentist. This guy was thorough and informative and took the time to make sense of everything.
