From birth to early adulthood, I would not want another Doctor see my children. Dr Althoff is amazing. Don't listen to the low ratings the staff in the office are fantastic..
I used to like this office. My son has been with dr Althoff since birth and he is 17 years old now. Office stuff terrible rude almost all the time, you always feel like you are bothering everybody. As long my son was a healthy kid everything was ok. Yearly visits and immunizations. However since he started to having health problems it’s pure nightmare to deal with the office. Dr Althoff himself dismissed his problems, I had to find another doctor to take me seriously. Stay away
I cannot recommend Dr. Steven Althoff at Pediatric Associates. He missed a critical diagnosis for my daughter despite multiple appointments where we expressed our concerns. Instead of taking our worries seriously, he dismissed them and failed to order appropriate screenings or referrals for further evaluation. We later sought second opinions from specialists at Shriners Hospital and Renown, who confirmed the diagnosis and highlighted Dr. Althoff’s lack of understanding of the condition.
