Had an eye exam yesterday. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. I was seen in a timely manner. Very thorough and informative exam. Dr. Lutz was great. Shannon was very helpful with selecting my frames. The whole experience was pleasant.

Best place i have ever been for an eye exam. They explain everything in plain English and are so helpful when picking out frames. They care that you are satisfied. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.
I had a great first visit w/ Dr. Lutz today. I was pleasantly surprised by how informative he was. He was respectful and wasn't afraid to connect with me as a person. He was warm and at the same time professional. His staff was also very kind and friendly.
Dr. Lutz always does a fantastic job. Have seen him for many years. Reasonably priced given I don't currently have vision coverage. On the rare occasion I've seen his associates, they have done a good job too. I plan to follow him to his new location.
