On August 11 of this year Dr. Morgan performed disc surgery on my wife. Prior to the surgery he told her in no uncertain terms that he would fix the problem and she would be pain free. After the surgery when she woken in the recovery room she was unable to move her legs. She was taken for another operation to repair the problem.
