My wife fell and broke a bone in her foot. We went to the ER and were told to contact Dr. Martin for a follow up appointment. I called T 2:00 on Tuesday, and several time after that. On Wednesday we got a call back, 22 hours after my first call. They took info and promised a call back. It’s now Friday with no promised call and my wife is in a lot of pain. We’re contacting another Doc. If this is the low level of respect they provide, I doubt if the medical care will be any better.
