I was shocked and very dismayed to know that this doctor does not accept patients who rely on commercial transportation. So, after initial appointment was set-up, I was informed it would be cancelled and a Senior, 75 year-old patient denied care on the basis: he was not travelling via private car. In my estimation, that is elitist and shameful.
Very Kind and caring, took the time to explain all my benefits, ensure my husband had a great understanding of his contacts and how to care for his eye. Has become our family eye doctor!
I recommend Dr. Koganovsky he is a great doctor and takes time with all of his patients!
