I waited 2 hours past my appointment time to see Dr. Josephson. Just for him to come in for 10 minutes and do a quick check and go over what he should have seen in my chart. His excuse for the long wait was that he was looking over my past issues, yet he didn't seem to know all the details and I had to correct him several times. I had my first visit with Dr. Josephson yesterday. From the front desk staff, to Ashley - who checked me in - to Dr. Josephson, everyone was so welcoming, friendly and professional. I had a WONDERFUL experience. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room long at all and the doctor was prompt, thorough and took his time reviewing my medical issues, answered of my questions and came up with a plan of care that I am very happy with.
