Dr. Jones performed a double hip replacement in Santa Fe on January of 2017. The hips were both due to arthritis in. I chose him because many of my friends, without exception, had wonderful results, and he exceeded my expectations. I was driving within 5 days (only took pain meds one day, the day after surgery.) then discovered I didn't need any. Friend of mine had hip surgery before Thanksgiving...they took out hip replacement and put a spacer due to infection. Suppose to follow up on infection and new hip placement 6 weeks later and they are now going into February and can't get schedulers to call back, nurses rude. Spoke to surgeon himself said he would get the ball rolling and still NOTHING! As she sits with no hip for this long and NOBODY within this facility does anything about it. Grievance time!
