I love this office. They have always provided me exactly what I need and have answered my questions directly without trying to sell me anything. I read another review about a question and the staff's attitude. I find this funny as the people that most often complain about attitude are the people that walk in with a bad one. Another example of a Northern Virginia spoiled person.
I’ve visited this office serval times and on my latest visit I had some complaints and question that were recieved with attitude and lack of interest on the staffs part. As someone who has a background in dentistry I was surprised that not only did they not have any interest to understand the discomfort that I was in. When the doctor came in she just counted my teeth and told me I had good hygiene. She didn’t care to do more then that. The survive was over all very poor. I will not return!!!!!!!
Dr. Johnson and his staff are friendly and professional. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The hygienists are very personable and professional. I've never liked going to the dentist but I feel comfortable and unstressed when I visit Dr. Johnson.
So far Ive had good experienced with most of the dental techs. Franco was nice but had a rough hands. He hurt my gums when he tried to scrape off the excess paste. Dr Michael is great. Im not really impress with fron desks people. Theyre not very friendly. Last time I came there I said hi and the girls respond to me was "whats your name and Ive a paper for you to sign".
Annandale Smiles is the BEST dental place in DMV!! Dr Johnson is excellent! Rosalie my best hygienist and the rest of the staff/team are simply the best!! Thank you guys for all that you do! I highly recommend this place! Everyone is competent, highly skilled, well trained, professional, pleasant, and considerate! Even if my insurance is not in net work I will still stay and pay out of pocket. Yap! I love this place, the staff, Dr Johnson and Rosalie!
My family and I have been Dr. Johnson's patients for over two decades. He is simply the best. Period. And he can handle everything from the most simple procedures all the way to dental implants. He is personable, his techniques are state of the art, and he has wonderful "patient bedside" manners--reassuring and gentle. In addition his staff is superb in every way, and his offices are totally remodeled, bright, and state of the art. You simply can't do better. Ron M.
I visited Annandale Smiles for the first time earlier this week. One of my friend's suggested them and informed me that Dr. Johnson is by far the best dentist! Everyone in the office made me feel very welcomed. I loved my hygienist because not only was she friendly but she was also knowledgeable. We spoke about your review as a team this morning in our leadership meeting and are working to come up with a solution that will allow us to avoid the situation you described. Virginia changed the dental laws about a year and a half ago. These new laws allow for properly trained assistants to perform fillings on patients. Best dentist practice that I have ever been to!!!!
Dr Johnson has been my dentist for the past 30 years. I drive 42 mi. Round trip every 6 mo to see him. I would drive much farther if necessary because he is the best.
