Excellent experience with Dr Richardson. He is a patient and caring person, and truly cares about his patients. I have visited several mohs surgeons and this total office experience was truly the best.
Dr Richardson and his entire staff are professional, caring, and informative. Dr Richardson removed a basal cell growth in a sensitive and very visible area on my face. Just three months later, you can not see the scar. He explained everything in detail prior to surgery, even drawing a diagram. Allowed me to ask all my questions and answered each one sincerely. The surgery assistant, front desk receptionist and billing were all a pleasure to do work with. I highly recommend this doctor!!
Worst doctor I've ever had in 50 years. He rewrote my specific instructions so he could benefit financially. Thank God I was informed the day before my surgery so I could cancel the procedure.
What a class act!! I had Mohs surgery last Friday and he explained every detail to me before he did anything. The only pain I had was from the lidacaine shot to deaden my nose. But, that was only for a second. From the time I met him until today, when I got the stitches out, he showed me that he genuinely cares for his patients. He's so gentle and kind. And his staff, especially Albert! There are no words... I highly recommend Dr. Richardson. What a great experience!
I have seen this physician for 3 years. He is very professional, and great bed side manner. He explained the procedure in great detail. I highly recommend him to do my surgeries. I love his new office. The staff is very friendly also.
Dr. Richardson is an excellent physician. I felt very comfortable with him during my Mohs surgery. He takes the time to listen to his patient's needs and concerns along with excellent bed side manner.
Worst experience ever with a doctor. He charted wrong information in my file and did not care to consider what my needs were. He took it upon himself to decide that he would do the closing on my procedure after I specifically told him that I wanted a seasoned plastic surgeon to do the closing because of the location of the basal cell carcinoma. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
