The worst ever, rude staff, dirty unkept lobby and staff.
I am unable to rate the actual services of this dentist due to not getting past his office staff. I have never encountered more unfriendly, unprofessional, rude medical staff ANYWHERE. They were clearly irritated with me, a new patient, because I did not want to give my SS#. When I let them know that the insurance ID# on my card would work (per my phone call to the insurance co that day!), they sighed, rolled eyes and said they'd check. This practice was highly recomended in community but I was disappointed in that I felt the mission of the staff and the mission of the doctor appeared to be at odds with one another. Never clear on what procedures needed to be done and what procedures were completed. Second opinions are highly important and I regret having failed to do that while using this practice.
