The worst ever, rude staff, dirty unkept lobby and staff.
The doctors have been good--they fix the issues, although we have had to have some return visits for work. The after hours service for emergency was very, very rude, and we are considering changing dentists because of this. In an emergency situation there is no reason to be rude to a patient. Although the answering service might not be associated with the office, they unfortunately represent the office when patients call.
HE IS FANTASTIC! MY SON HAD TERRIBLE PROBLEMS WITH 2 FRONT TEETH-HE SPENT HUNDREDS ON DENTISTS TRYING TO GET IT FIXED-FINALLY I REMEMBERED DR RHEAULT-WE WENT THERE-HE GOT A GREAT EXAM-THE DENTIST FULLY EXXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO BOTH ERIC & US ,N THE THE ENTIRE STAFF IS WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY. THE WAITING ROOM & RECEPTION AREA ARE CLEAN & COZY. I am unable to rate the actual services of this dentist due to not getting past his office staff. I have never encountered more unfriendly, unprofessional, rude medical staff ANYWHERE. They were clearly irritated with me, a new patient, because I did not want to give my SS#. When I let them know that the insurance ID# on my card would work (per my phone call to the insurance co that day!), they sighed, rolled eyes and said they'd check. This practice was highly recomended in community but I was disappointed in that I felt the mission of the staff and the mission of the doctor appeared to be at odds with one another. Never clear on what procedures needed to be done and what procedures were completed. Second opinions are highly important and I regret having failed to do that while using this practice.
