Awful admin staff. I have been waiting for an appointment for weeks and when the date comes they simply told me the appointment was not in the system. Rude and incompetent staff. Avoid if you can! Very disappointed.

Dr resnick has been my neurologist for almost twenty years. I’ve watched his practice, care, and office team decline over the years. Because I was in flow with my prescription, I didn’t make changes. My insurance changed recently and I have been trying to get my medication. Pharmacy has submitted info needs for prior authorization, I call and get voicemails and no response. TRUST ME THIS IS WORTH READING!!!My mother is a stroke patient and has aphasia with beginning signs of dementia. Ironically enough, she was originally with Andrew Kocavs who practices neurology in the same office as Steven Resnick. Because of his poor communication skills and lack of care or empathy towards my mother I decided to switch to Steven Resnick.
