After waiting several months to get an appointment & worse dealing with his incompetent schedulers/receptionist who rarely answer the phones, yet when they do are rude & dismissive. They don't call you to verify or confirm appts so I called this morning & spoke with a woman with a heavy European accent who claimed she couldn't confirm the time after asking me for my info. On Wednesday April 15th around 2pm I was referred to see Dr. Resnick by Dr. Penumaka, whose practice is located a few floors above. After attempting to call multiple times without success, I was advised that it can be difficult to reach this office by phone and suggested I walk down directly after being handed the referral, which I did. This is the absolute worst doctor and doctors office I have ever been to in my entire life. His office is impossible to deal with, incredibly rude and dismissive, they just transfer you to a voicemail as soon as you ask a question if they even pick up in the first place. The doctors bedside manner is horrible, very nonchalant and too comfortable.
