Dr. Klein and Devon Traynor the PA are very knowledgeable with autoimmune diseases. They are caring and want to help you feel your best. Devon Traynor is fantastic with explaining and teaching you about life with these diseases. I trust them, grateful for their knowledge with difficult problems, and their willingness to listen.
Phones close before office. Recommend you test drive first. Took outdoor steps to get there . appointment.was declined because I wasn’t early enough.First time I have ever given a negative review in my life.
Has been impossible to reach them to schedule due to limited office hours or being closed during their normal office hours. When I finally reached the receptionist to schedule an appt, she proceeded to tell me how the office does business never asking any other questions. Odd that I was returning their call, she had to excuse herself to look in “15 different locations” for my referral because this office still functions on paper well into the digital age.
