I had my first appointment with this practice this week. To be honest, the reviews made me a bit nervous, but my experience was amazing. From the receptionist, to the nurse and Dr. Okoye, they all made me feel like I really mattered. Dr. Okoye is very pleasant, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and then explained his treatment plan in detail. Please don't let the negative reviews keep you from receiving excellent medical care. One of the most insensitive places i have been to in the medical field. Made first appointment marked it in my calendar, got a call the time change but not the day. Showed up and was treated very very poorly by receptionist!
Dr. Klein and Devon Traynor the PA are very knowledgeable with autoimmune diseases. They are caring and want to help you feel your best. Devon Traynor is fantastic with explaining and teaching you about life with these diseases. I trust them, grateful for their knowledge with difficult problems, and their willingness to listen.
Phones close before office. Recommend you test drive first. Took outdoor steps to get there . appointment.was declined because I wasn’t early enough.First time I have ever given a negative review in my life.
