Dr Steven Jay Kaplan is a bad doctor. He needs to retied. He doent know what he's doing.
I had my revision ACL from him and I could not be unhappier. He completely ruined my otherwise perfect knee. I am 29 years of age (was 27 during the surgery) and will have to get a knee replacement soon. Moreover he shamelessly lied, both before and after the surgery on a number of issues.
