Dr Hill is a dentist you can trust, and that is one of the most important things in my view. He's also a very skilled and experienced dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Hill's office, i have been going there for years
After waiting for the receptionist to contact me concerning the paperwork she received from my insurance, I have to contact them twice, unfortunately the doctor himself was very rude ! The receptionist is a liar and he an old man who doesn’t have the mental capacity to perform his duties as a dentist. Save yourself a bad experience and go to a better dentist, no need to deal with a “doctor” who doesn’t understand what serving a patient is, he should retire! I first found this Dentist because my favourite hygienist (Dalia) had started working for him. I find him caring, competent. I've had 70 years of dental experience so I've lots to compare.
During covid, I had my teeth cleaned. Normally, they would offer me plastic sunglasses for the lighting but I had brought my own. The dentist forced the glasses onto my face without asking me first. That was inappropriate and rude. How would you feel if someone shoved something onto your face without your consent? On another occasion, I went for a check-up.
