My husband has been calling Dr Becker’s office for 2 weeks now and no one picks up the phone. His office was supposed to send an authorization to the urologist office so my husband could get his much needed treatment. There are a few female receptionists in his office and nobody answers the phone. If he really cares for his patients he would be checking in important issues like authorizations for referrals.
