Called to talk to Steven Badeen and the office took my request and said they would relay it to him. No call back, typical. There's part of the reason for the low amount of stars. Very poor value for the amount of stars Northern Light/ Sebasticook Valley hospital has where he is associated.
Great doctor! He actually saved my life requesting tests others didn't. He is very attentive to my needs. Always listens. Just a great guy.
25 min plus minutes behind my daughters appointment was at 8:15 and I told them I needed to be somewhere else that was a half hour away. If you are more than 5mins over your scheduled appointment they make you reschedule. but yet they can be extremely late. I get being behind alittle but a whole 25 plus minutes is not right!!
Dr. Badeen tends to be straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. When it comes to physical health and my kids checkups he was great. I absolutely do not recommend him for mental health however. I have adhd and needed a new provider; his knowledge on adhd is outdated or something because he kind of treated me like he didn't believe me? I had already been diagnosed and medicated for a few years at this point, and had to yet again go through the ringer and prove that I was a productive member of society for whatev... read more
