Awful wait times and terrible bedside manner. My daughter had a broken arm and needed surgery. We waited for 2 hours past our office appt time and he spent less than 15 seconds in the room— his nurse came in to go over x-rays. Then on the day of the surgery, waited 1 hour past appt time, nothing was explained properly, and they didn’t give a sedative so my 2 year old was carried away screaming. I’m not impressed.
Dr. Hollenbeck is an amazing doctor. May God bless him! He is like an angel from heaven. He corrected my son's clubbed foot, and for that, I will be grateful to him for life! Thank you, Dr. Hollenbeck, for being an outstanding doctor and a wonderful person! Thanks to you, my son will be able to live a normal life with no complications! Our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts!
In 2019 my than 5 year old son needed bilateral Achilles lengthening surgery. My son was a toe walker and was rapidly falling behind physically as a result. Dr. Hollenbeck performed this surgery for my son. In six weeks my son was out of his casts, and following some weeks of PT, had fully recovered. He’s now 8 years old, and has zero limitations. We were told how things were gonna be from before surgery to the weeks following. Dr Hollenbeck and his staff were spot on. I would recommend him and his staff without hesitation.
