Dr. Han was a very good communicator, answered all my questions patiently, thoroughly, and in a way that I was easily able to understand. He was very respectful, and concerned about my comfort during my stent removal. His assistant was also very concerned and communicative and it was a great experience. I felt it was clear what I needed to do subsequent to this visit and they scheduled a follow up for me at 6 months. Dr. Han is one of my heroes. He is honest, tactful, explains situations well, and gives clear options on how to go forward. He is a great physician.
As compared to my other experiences with PacMed, I found Dr Han and his assistant very helpful, informed, attentive, honest, and candid in providing service.
Dr. Han and his assistant were both excellent in every aspect of the visit. So grateful.
My urologist retired & Dr Han(same name as my former urologist) is his replacement. Dr Han Was very thorough & went over my complete record,medicines,etc & answered all my questions. He has an excellent bedside manner & I was very professional! I enjoyed seeing him & look forward to our future relationship! :)
