This place is terrible. If you are a patient here I feel sorry for you. I called to become a new patient because my insurance company told me to as a “preferred provider” and the office manager wouldn’t listen to me and tried to tell me that the POS plan I have from my employer which I pay an extra premium for was not accepted but a PPO plan which is a lower level is accepted. She then hung up on me as I tried to ask her a question. I call back and ask for a manager and she said oh I am the manager. I tried again to explain ... read more
