I was told that I was required to see him in order to keep my PT services due to a car accident in which I wasn’t the one that caused the accident. I already have my personal doctor working with me but insurance insisted that I needed to see him. His office located on 121 Lincoln St, Worcester. The office is very creepy and filthy.
