Dr Gonzales is excellent. Andrew, his brother at front desk, is another story. I had been calling and texting for over three months to get an appointment. Most of the time, just no answer. Then I started getting voice mail stating to leave message and call would be returned in order received. I lost count of how many messages and texts I sent and never received an answer.
