Dr. Pilkington is an awesome doctor. In the short time I spent with him during my appointment he was attentive and thorough. The nurse (or med tech) was very sweet and friendly.His front desk staff, however is lacking (best way to describe) and extremely rude. The one individual at check in/scheduling made me feel very unwelcome while at my appointments and through any interaction with her. God sent! I was honestly done with Doctors but kept hearing Dignity woman’s health over the radio station. I’m so glad I made an appointment! Doctor Pilkington listened to my concerns and never rushed me. He is very knowledgeable about endometriosis and right after my surgery he took the time to sit and talk with my parents and my husband to explained everything he did along with showing them before and after pictures. Dr Pilkington is the best ob/gyn I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and listened to my concerns. He always took the time to sit and talk with me about anything I wanted to discuss. He delivered my first child and performed laproscopic surgery on me. Both were great experiences. He was genuinely concerned about his patients and took the time to get to know them. I would recommend him to anyone living in the San Antonio area. I have never trusted a doctor more!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pilkington for about 7 years. His staff has ALWAYS been horrible; disorganized and rude. I was able to look past it because he was such a good doctor. He stopped seeing me for my well-woman visits the last 2 times and I have had to see his PA instead. I was there today for an ultrasound and had to wait an hour and a half. I ended up leaving and asking for a refund of my co-pay. It's no longer worth it to stay with this doctor.

Dr. Pilkington is a great physician. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been terrible over the last 3 years. The front desk staff has often been rude, incompetent, and uncaring. It has reached a point now where I’m strongly considering going to another clinic, which is a shame because I like Dr. Pilkington and I fully support his mission to protect unborn children and the dignity of women.

We have our beautiful miracle baby All because of doctor Pilkington! We were able to finally conscieve without spending a fortune on techniques most doctors only use. I not only recommend him but I trust him completely! He's patient and kind! Always explains in detail and never makes your feel rushed. Answers as many questions needed until you are clear.
