The dentists are old school in their techniques, but the part that I found horrible is the receptionist had me down as afemale and called a homosexual in few different way and then implied the Longview police told her to say those things to me. I know I don't have the greatest insurance, but that level of unprofessionalism is standard for Longview.

The assistant is constantly talking about every facet of their life while you're getting your teeth worked on. That wouldn't be such a big deal if they were paying attention to things like not jabbing their instrument super hard into your gums, adjusting the seat for people of varying heights, hard clanking instruments off your teeth... So little focus to the procedure, instead nearly constantly venting about their personal life. The worst ever the shots were unbelievable. He didn’t slowly put the needle in he was ramming it in very painful I have had many shots at the dentist but nothing like this. One of my family members had went there a couple of months prior and told me I wouldn’t go there. Stupid me I Had teeth pulled and got dry socket called to get in sorry no one here can see you there’s no doctor in. So I went and paid another dentist and what a difference.
