Update: came for my annual cleaning and it went great as usual! Love the clean feeling on my teeth. Dr. Flick and his crew are the best dental service one could ever have. Just this week, I called his office because my husband had a broken crown and the first thing his secretary said to me was "dont worry, we would take care of your husband." I thought I posted a review. I love going to the dentist here. Donelle does a great job cleaning my teeth (I love that feeling). Dr. Flick is so kind, caring, funny, competent - I think he's an amazing and gifted dentist.
I have been visiting Dr. Flick's office for a few years and have always had a good experience. He and the staff really care about their patients and do their best to keep them comfortable. I also appreciate Dr. Flick's approach to treatment of tooth pain. He does not rush to perform procedures that may not be necessary. This is a big plus for a single mom on a budget. I have no reservations about recommending Dr. Flick to everyone, and I often do! * Back to this review 9yrs later, still loving my dentist's office!
I love this dentist. I am 71 years old and still have my teeth. He has been my only dentist for 21 years. He and his staff are amazing.
So far our appointment was great. I came in without that much expectations. Kailee/Kaylee, (I’m assuming) was the hygienist who helped me. I’d say she cares for her patients and made the appointment a comfortable one. She was also very patient with my toddler. Front desk staff are friendly too. I know there are negative reviews, but I am talking from my experience with them and so far, it’s been great. Will definitely recommend.
