I cannot believe that Dr. Reck pulled the WRONG tooth out of my mother's mouth, leaving her with continuing pain, and one less needed tooth to eat with. When we called him to let him know a mistake had been made, his incredibly rude assistant Jenna informed us that she would "make room" for us to come back in and was happy to give us an estimate for the extraction of the correct tooth. Wonderful experience getting a tooth pulled after a failed attempt for a root canal. I was so scared and he made me feel calm and relaxed. The procedure was quick and painless! Highly recommended!
