Dr. Killough was my pediatrician since birth. As of writing, I am 23 now. He had always been very understanding and attentive to my needs, questions, and concerns that I had growing up. While his humor was indeed very dry as another reviewer mentioned, he was definitely passionate about the care of children; I can confirm as I was once one of those children myself. His sense of humor is dry. HOWEVER his passion, obvious care for children, and knowledge of all things medical are unmatched. I'm a first time mother and more discerning than the most neurotic eco-mom. Dr. Killough is the best of the best.
