I’ve been seeing Dr Stern (initially Steven and now Jonathan since the former retired) for at least a decade and have consistently had a very positive experience. Very professional, competent, punctual and friendly. I recently had a situation that required some urgent dental attention and Dr Stern was able to accommodate me even though he already had a full schedule. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
I’ve been going to see Dr. Jonathan Stern for over 5 years, and the experience is lovely every time. The reception desk is friendly, and Dr. Stern is diligent and attentive. They recently (about a year ago) hired a dedicated hygienist to better manage the patient load. I have sensitive teeth, and had to ask for a few adjustments during the cleaning, which she listened to and accommodated. I love this dentist's office from the front ladies, the doctor and the music (they always play the 80's music, it's a huge plus to me)! The front ladies have very welcoming vibes, and the doctor explains what's going on in my mouth thoroughly, as well as makes sure if I have any questions at the end of the treatment. I'm very happy to find this dentist's office 😊
