Takes on way too many patients. After hours of waiting you’ll get some sarcastic humor about how patient you were if you complain. He wrecked my hip with a PAO surgery and refused to take responsibility for it. I am not ok and he just gets off Scott free. Will be very annoyed when you constantly try to address problems that are still there. He will make excuses. Do not realign your pelvis with this surgeon. The entire staff was wonderful, kind, empathetic, understanding and communicative. Dr. Ira was all the above and more. I felt extremely cared for and heard.
Dr. Zaltz has been seeing me since I was three years old and let me just say he knows what he is doing and always comes up with the best treatment plan for everything i have went to him for. Brought in my 4 year for a broken Tibia. He was so kind and took his time with us and did everything to make an action plan that will help my son.
Dr. Zaltz was very informative and great with our daughter. He used analogies that she could understand and she felt much better about her fractured clavicle. He took all the time we needed to answer our questions.
