Dr. Dias may be a wonderful doctor but we will never know. Staff, mainly receptionist, were both rude and unhelpful. Attempted an appt with my 7yr old son who has Autism. 15 minutes into the appt, I requested my paperwork back as I am in my 50th year and have never been treated so callously.
Dr. Steven is amazing! He is very kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he takes to explain everything to my child and myself.
I went to Dr Dias for a tongue tie consultation. His whole office was incredibly kind, courteous and professional. Minimal wait time, informative and they were so helpful to us! Would definitely recommend using him for oral ties!
