Dr. Kleeman is a very caring doctor who makes it a point to know his patient. He's one of the very best doctors I've ever had.
I was a little bit bummed this appointment because I knew I was coming in having to schedule a surgery to replace my interstim. I found out that Dr kleeman doesn't do the surgeries anymore and that's what made me sad. However he did the appropriate and professional thing which was to refer me on to somebody who could possibly provide better care for the interstem surgery and Aftercare needed for my case. I had to surgery due to prolapse and Dr. Kleeman was my surgeon. His entire team was friendly, quick to respond and helpful. Dr. Kleeman took the time to meet with me and explain exactly what was going on and gave me treatment options. We reviewed my case and all the pros and cons of each option and he let me be a part of the decision-making process. Dr. Kleeman fitted me with one type of pessary when there are more than 5 types/shapes available. The type of pessary shape chosen depends on your body shape, just like bras. Because I didn't fit the one shape of pessary that his office stocked, I thought that surgery was my only option to correct my pelvic prolaspe. I went to the Mayo Clinic for a second opinion.
