Everyone is always very pleasant and professional. Could do without all the many forms to fill out though. These are already on the computer. Perhap you should have one sheet for any changes. I only had one change which was the children's doctor.

They explained what they were going to do step by step and were very patient and caring when she got scared during her cavity filling. We all had an amazing experience and would recommend their services to anyone.
