From start to finish I received excellent care from Dr. Charous and his scheduling coordinator Nikki who kept me informed of all details of my surgery. My final follow up visit was yesterday after having undergone a septoplasty and turbinectomy. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr. Charous kept me at ease before, during and after the surgery. I highly recommend him if you are seeking an ENT.
