Great dentist. Great staff I have been going to Dr. Klasson for 6 years. Hima and his staff are very friendly and accomodating. I have referred many other patients to his practice over the years.
As a family owned practice...I feel they are extreamly "FAMILY ORIENTED" and friendly!!! They have scheduled same day appointments for both my husband and I for emergencies, I feel they have worked w/us to be budget friendly. They return calls promptly, usually the SAME DAY!! I have been a patient of theirs for 15 years, and have recommended them multiple times to friends & family.
My kids have been patients of Mid Maine Dental for 14 years and all of a sudden they dismissed my family as patients. I have missed 1 appointment and cancelled 1 due to weather and now my kids have no dentist. Supposably they sent a letter telling me they dismissed me but I never received it. I also called to see when my kids next appointment were and they never received my message on there answering machine. I think that it is all kind of messed up. I have gone to Dr Klasson for 10 years now and have usually had a good experience. I have caps on my front teeth because they were knocked out in 3rd grade and since he started putting them in they have been uneven. I really dont hold it against him because hes a dentist, not an artist.The only really bad experience I have had was when I tried to schedule my husband and was told because he had not been seen in 2 years (no insurance at the time) that he was no longer a patient. My dentist recently retired and I became a new patient with Dr. Klasson. The staff at the office is amazing I am very impressed. I will advise everybody that I know to become a patient. :)
I am new to the practice and was referred by a coworker. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like part of their family. I will highly recommend the office to everyone. :)
