The office is a disaster. i have requested an estimation about my treatment. Needed to wait for a month for the first email. My husband had a question about the amount and called them and they gave him DIFFERENT amount. Of course more expensive! He asked them for updated estimate and they sent us another one...of course MORE much MORE expensive. Do they know what they are doing??

My family and I have gone here for 15+ years. I have had 5 different dentists during that time. Most don't stay. Dr. Peck has been my dentist for many years now. I called today to make an appointment to fix a cavity. The front desk lady said my account was on "Same Day" appointments, which means I have to go the same day I call. She said that I have cancelled too many appointments in the past. Mind you, I haven't been there in over a year. Over the 15+ years, how many appointments could I have really missed?! They flat out lied to me. I have excellent dental insurance. I had an implant surgery and my co pay (In Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA no less) was only $750. I was told by the Business Manager at Darien Dental that my co pay would be $900 and I could pay in 3 payments of $300. Then I arrived for the crown and was told it was ANOTHER $800. Highway robbery. I am reporting them to my insurance as FRAUD and to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND ROBBED.

From start to finish this is an excellent dental practice. Everyone is professional and helpful. Dr. Kwan is excellent and explains things well.

I use Modern Dental In Stratford, CT. They are EXCELLENT. Everyone is efficient, professional & the place is immaculately clean. Dr. Kwan is an excellent Dentist there. He explains all very well and the entire staff is excellent.

Dr Dow sent my denture piece that I obtained from another dentist away to resize it. I paid for the resizing and he is now not answering my calls, or emails. I have reported him to the medical board and the BBB. Also I have hired an attorney as this is theft.

I just had a “cleaning” here and have never had a worst dental experience in my life. The office doesn’t even have exam rooms, just dividers between chairs. The person who did my cleaning barely spoke two words to me, he seemed inexperienced and insecure and I am honesty wondering if he was actually a dental hygienist. He literally seemed like a dental assistant or student. He “cleaned” my teeth for probably 80 seconds. Hello my name is Mary Jackson I came in today November 30, 2018 to get my second deep cleaning on my right side, my hygienists was Alex, who did an outstanding job. Alex spoke to me like a human being step by step and gave me tips on how to maintain my teeth to be healthy. Alex cleaned the hell out of my teeth, lol. I love Alex!!!
