I called about information regarding my insurance, first of all worker answer the phone very rudely. 2nd I was transferred to another person in the office and I then explained the situation as for my insurance and this provider accepting my insurance and worker did not check anything on her computer she immediately cut me off and said “ we don’t accept it” and hung up on me. She could have easily checked her system but she didn’t. Workers need to work on their attitudes!! Bad for business.
