Extremely rude and insensitive on the phone made sure to ask for what type of insurance I had before telling me they weren't taking clients and when I asked to be pointed in another direction I got " go to a hospital" your terrible insensitive people who turn people down who need help you should all be ashamed nobody deserves to abruptly hung up while seeking mental health help but you sure did
