I have been trying for years to get relief. Seeing Dr Abbadessa was the best decision. He was very helpful with my issues. Would definitely recommend him. And the staff is just as good! Love them all! And thank them so much for taking good care of me.
I was in extreme pain when I got booked into an acute appointment. I thought it was just a regular exam but he said he would fix it and did banding of hemorrhoids, or so he said. Did not revolver the issue, had to go to another CRS who gave me a completely different diagnosis and fixed me. Paid a lot just for the office visit because he was out of network. Went in and he used silver nitrate stick to cauterize so fast I did not even have time to ask what and why. Figured it out later. Did not give proper after care instructions for silver nitrate treatment. Very difficult recovery when given the wrong instructions.
I visited him for my first ever hemorrhoid problem. He is out of network but I thought good reviews, I'll take a chance. He was nice, but the $250 office visit threw me off. Then he wanted to schedule procedures right away. I told him I needed to think about it. 2 months later, he calls me to ask if I decided, I told him I was fine at this time. Had my 1st 'age 50+' colonoscopy, as recommended by my PCP. Rather than go with the suggested in-network/in-system suggested colorectal doc, I sought out Dr. Abby. Best decision ever! Great office staff, easy to schedule the consult and colonoscopy and finally, Dr. Abby couldn't have been better to work with. Superior 'bedside manner'; the procedure was very easy and the follow-up has been spectacular.
Wonderful physician and staff! Everyone was very professional while also keeping it a relaxed atmosphere. Scheduling was quick and easy and everyone was kind and friendly. The physician is extremely knowledgeable and talks in a way that is easy to understand and has wonderful a bedside manner.I highly recommend this physician!

The office visit was rushed to a total of 5 minutes. I was told to come back for a procedure next day and handed papers. It didn’t describe anything except the before and after care. I was told I would owe $800 for procedure and visit because my insurance was out of net. I paid $200. I canceled the procedure for the next day, because I felt uncertain. I called back to see if I could get any refund on this visit since I didn’t have the procedure. The total for 5 minutes- $200. Dissatisfied!
