Dr Zizza was awesome the first 5 or 6 years I've been his patient. The last 2 years were not as good. I was told my cavities would get fixed "asap", yet after 4 months of wait (regular, and emergency wait list)I ended up giving up. I then proceeded to switch dentists. Gentle Dentistry referred me for a root canal to Waterville (Apex Edodontics). I had a temporary crown fixed today and another cavity fixed. It should be a law suit. I've gone to Dr. Z for 10+ years. Cleanings ,fillings , crowns ,ect . Great dentist.
i've been going to doctor z for the past 4 years or so, when i started living down the street from his office. he's a breath of fresh air from past dentists i've dealt with. i've found him and his staff to be friendly, courteous, respectful, and caring about my needs and generally is very patient with me. i highly recommend doctor z!
Dr. Zizza fit me in to get some much needed dental work done. He is a skilled and personable dentist. His staff was extremely courteous, and I was seen in a timely manner. I took my parents to see him as well, and they are very happy with their care in his office. It’s also convenient that he participates in most insurance plans.
My father and I have gone to zizza for 20 years. We have spend over 20,000 dollars out of pocket at this office. I went there two weeks ago and had x rays done. Scheduled an appointment for cavity fillings. They scheduled me at the wrong time! (I have a card saying 1pm and they scheduled me for 11am so I missed the appt) Then, I find a dentist who can do my fillings within 2 days. So I ask for copy’s of my x rays. They have withheld my x rays from me for 2 weeks and didn’t have the intentions on giving them to me at all unti... read more
