Called to find out more about an eye test. The lady that answered the phone could barely understand or speak English. She couldn't answer my basic questions about the eye test and passed me on to someone else. As my first experience with them, it wasn't great as surely they hire people who are well trained to be answering the phones to answer questions. The whole team here are great! Felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in and I really liked how Dr Steve Tang is so informative and explains everything in depth. Would definitely recommend friends and family to come here.

Had a very bad experience with the owner a while ago made some bs up about me being rude for just being there doing exactly as he asked and just asked a few questions
Horrible owner, went there and got my eyes scanned and then after when i talked to "Dr" Steven tang (optometrists are not doctors) it started fine then did a eye test (the letters on the paper thing) we had a conversation about my eyes (the usual things) but when i started asking questions (like how expensive are glasses and things) he just being rude and didn't really care. but then he started making bs about me being rude and threatening and then he told me to leave and when i went out i asked the people there if they thou... read more
