After my cataract surgery, I felt very uncomfortable and anxious. I explained my symptoms to the doctor, but the doctor did not provide any explanation and only said everything was fine, showing little patience. At the same time, I noticed that the waiting time was very long. The clinic scheduled all patients to come at the same time, which caused many patients to wait for over two hours. Staff were rude and cold. But Dr Schendel is amazing ... I wish to be his patient again if I don't see his staff again....every times I reported to his front staff I get depressed why am I treated like a garbage
I agree with most of the reviews that the staff need to be trained and learn how to talk with patients
Thought it was just me who had bad experience with this office had to wait 2 hours for my appointment like why? and yes reception was cold n rude. He maybe a good doctor but your office personnel was Unprofessional and what Kelly said overbooked, I had seen at least 12 other patients in the waiting room who were waiting just as long as I was cruel.
He is a wonderful human and a Doctor. I had a bad experience with another surgeon who left me terrified of having surgery again. Dr. Schendel was kind and patient with me. I am eternally grateful for his help and expert hand during very sad times in my life.
