I was recommended to Dr. Perman by a friend who goes to Dr. Perman's office for massage. I called Dr. Perman's office on April 24th 2023 for an appointment and was offered one that same day to help alleviate the excruciating back pain, neck and left arm pain I was having. Not only did Dr. Perman relieve my back pain, he educated me about my overall health (nutrition, sleep, and exercise). He explained what he was doing and recommending, often with diagrams so I could fully understand. He wasn't pushing anything, just answering my questions so I could make informed decisions.
