I thought he and staff were great! My son needed a minor urgent surgery and Dr. Novak did it immediately. Yes it did put his appts back an 1hr or more..but his concern was my son..and I have to be grateful he does a triage assessment with his patients..his office staff advised everyone he would be running late.. They were patient with me..I must of went to desk 10x..I was so worried...and the 2nd aftercare apt was very reasonably priced..great Urgent care..I was upset when my girlfriend gossiped Dr. Novak wasn't allowed to p... read more
Dr. Novak is a little impatient with his staff, but considering his workload and a system which is controlled by insurance companies, I was very impressed with is knowledge and his ability to diagnose and get things done. He is a caring doctor. If you can get past the long waits and a little disorganization he is worth waiting to see.

I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The Dr was very rude to me and to my little girls.I'm surprised that he is able to keep his doors open with his bedside manner. I won't be returning.
