I had a great experience at Dr. Ray Ghiassi Dental Office. Dr.Ray and the entire staff are amazing-and very kind, professional and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The atmosphere in the office is welcoming and you can tell they really care about their patients. I’m also on CDCP plan, and when they told me my treatment was fully covered, they truly meant it. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Dr. Ray and his team to anyone looking for a great dental office!
I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by this clinic. I visited Dr. Ray Ghiassi for a gum infection and was very clear from the beginning: I am on the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and cannot afford any out-of-pocket costs. I asked both the admin staff and the doctor multiple times if the treatment was 100% covered. Both confirmed it was.
