No one answers the phone!!
He has been treating my rare autoimmune liver disease since 2012. I actually see his Nurse Specialist for twice a year visits. He is aways available for me, if I ever get really ill. It's good to know that I have such a knowledgeable Hepatologist in my health care corner.
Office staff are terrible. Telephone is not answered. Leaves you on hold and then to a leave message. Don't get a call back for three or more days, If you expect help in a timely manor, don't go here~!
I most definitely would recommend Dr. Gonzalez. I trust him, he's so knowledgeable and has incredible bed-side manners. He listens and he responds. Him and his staff are friendly, accommodating and very understanding to patient needs.
